RBW Tech is a one-person professional services practice based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We provide remote technical support, software configuration, optimisation, device software repair, and digital IT assistance to individuals, small businesses, and independent repair shops worldwide. All work is delivered digitally over scheduled remote sessions; no physical goods are shipped.
The practice was founded in 2021 by the owner, who has worked since then as a remote Android and iOS software technician and as a Level 3 hardware repair specialist for personal computers, laptops, and mobile devices. What began as one-off consultations for friends and small repair shops developed into a steady client base of overseas customers and SME owners who needed dependable remote help with their devices and workstations.
Today, the practice operates as a sole proprietorship under the RBW Tech brand.

We offer six service lines that cover most day-to-day remote IT needs. Remote technical support handles individual incidents and questions over a secure session. Software configuration services set up and tune operating systems, productivity suites, and developer environments. System optimisation cleans up sluggish machines and improves baseline performance. Device software repair restores the software state of customer-owned devices when something has gone wrong. Mobile and computer technical assistance bridges everyday gaps for non-technical owners. Digital IT services package smaller advisory and operational tasks for SMEs. Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins.

Engagements are remote only. Sessions are scheduled in advance and conducted over the channel the customer prefers - AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or WhatsApp video for guided self-service. We use up-to-date diagnostic and configuration tools that the customer can see on their own screen throughout the session. We do not ship anything physical, we do not take possession of customer hardware, and we do not store customer data beyond the engagement record needed for billing and follow-up support.
